Dr. Lin's Lab

You burst into Dr. Lin's lab. Blue screens blink all around. Dr. Lin pushes up her glasses and listens to your recording. Her face turns pale.

"Sam, this sound is alive," she whispers. "It feeds on fear. The more scared people get, the louder it grows."

She points to a big clock on the wall. "We have until sunrise. After that, the whole town will be too frightened to move."

Dr. Lin hands you two tools: an old radio dial and a shiny new speaker. You must choose fast. Do you hunt for where the sound first came from? Or build something kind and warm to push it away?
