Margaret Vance, the cynical night editor of a dying Chicago newspaper, finds tomorrow's obituary page in her inbox at 3 AM. Every name is a stranger — until tomorrow, when each one dies exactly as printed. As the impossible deliveries continue night after night, Margaret must decide what to do with knowledge that arrives too late to be useful, too early to be ignored, and too precise to be coincidence.
